Consolidated Dealers is a buying group owned 100% by the new car dealers of Canada, providing all products and programs necessary to make each dealership department more profitable.


Consolidated Dealers is a true co-operative which returns its profits back to its dealer owners. More than 2,800 new car and truck dealerships are members of Consolidated Dealers, from Victoria to Halifax.


Brief History of Consolidated Dealers

We have been a buying group for new car dealers since 1979. Currently operating out of 3 warehouses in Woodbridge, Ontario (Head Office), Edmonton, Alberta and Ottawa, Ontario. In 2013, we created a collision repair network, CCS, to help our body shop members grow their business. Annual sales exceed $170 million. 80 employees in total. 100% dealer owned and operated.

Despite being a cooperative, it competes with the vigour and drive of any profit-oriented business and, in many ways, outperforms them. The key lies in the unique business structure: the organization is 100% dealer-owned and operated, which means the people in charge of steering its growth are directly interested in its success.


At its core, Consolidated Dealers’ mission revolves around offering new car dealers a market-leading, low-cost, innovative single-source solution for the products and services they require. The cooperative’s work ethic is firmly rooted in this mission. It ensures that the latest and most innovative solutions are constantly explored, adapted, and implemented to help the members stay ahead in the fiercely competitive auto dealership market.

Mike is a third-generation automotive professional with 20 years of industry experience. Since 2012, he has led Consolidated Collision Services (CCS), joining the Consolidated Dealers leadership team in 2018 to drive innovation and growth.

Janette Tooley

Senior VP & CFO

Janette Tooley is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Consolidated Dealers. Since 2008, she has played a key role in shaping the organization’s strategic direction and operational success, overseeing Finance, HR, IT, and Purchasing across all three warehouse locations.

Greg Fenzl serves as the VP of Sales at Consolidated Dealers, overseeing national sales and equipment divisions. With a background in Chemical Engineering and deep industry experience, Greg has been instrumental since 2003, leading teams and shaping market strategy with dedication.
